When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and sent from a distribution and logistics center operated by a third company. Please wait for additional time for your order to be processed during vacations and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of the order and will be sent the next day after the processing day. Keep in mind that we do not send on weekends.

How long will you have to receive my order?

Once you make your order, wait 3 to 5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 12 and 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and between 15 and 30 business days for international orders (according to the location).

Will taxes and customs charge me?

The prices shown on our site are tax free in US dollars, which means that it is possible that you must pay tariffs and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, tariffs and related customs tariffs can be charged once your order reaches your final destination, and is determined by your local customs office. The payment of these charges and taxes is their responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for the delays caused by the Customs Department of your country.
